This font is created by S. John Ross. As he says, he can build much more complex fonts than the simple template method allows for. His rates for full-service font building range from $200 to $10,000 per font, depending on the scope of the project and how quickly the work must be done.
You should know, Merchant Copy font is not proper for printing real receipts, because it's made at will by Ross.
